, managing their own workloads while also reviewing and signing off on the work of junior team members.
While not responsible for formal people management

highly client-facing

the first point of contact for clients on a daily basis

About the Role
As a
Hedge Fund Accounting Supervisor
, you will be responsible for
delivering accurate and timely NAVs
, reviewing the work of others, and ensuring
seamless client service
. You will work closely with Managers and Directors, providing
hands-on technical expertise
while supporting junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own portfolio of hedge funds
, ensuring timely and accurate NAV production.
* Reviewing and signing off
on reconciliations, investor allocations, pricing, and journal entries.
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients
, addressing queries and providing updates.
* Engaging with auditors, legal teams, and other stakeholders as required.
* Supporting fund launches
and assisting with new client onboarding.
* Providing
training and technical support
to junior team members.
* Driving
process improvements
to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
About You
You are an experienced
Hedge Fund Accountant ready to step up
or a
Supervisor looking for a role with strong client engagement and technical oversight
. You enjoy
hands-on work

daily client interactions

* 3+ years of hedge fund accounting experience
.
* Strong technical knowledge of
NAV calculations, reconciliations, and fund structures
.
* Experience in
reviewing
junior team members' work.
* Excellent communication skills and
a client-focused mindset
.
* Ability to
prioritise workloads and manage deadlines effectively
.
* An accountancy qualification is
desirable but not essential
.
