About the Role
* To validate lead times with suppliers and integrate them into programmes.
* To contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews, ensuring that programmes are practical and efficient while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* To ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to commencing work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Skillset:
The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering, as well as a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in planning within residential construction.
The following skills would also be advantageous:
