Job DescriptionDoorman (Part-Time)We are seeking a professional and courteous Doorman to join the team at Premier Casinos. The ideal candidate will hold all necessary PSA (Private Security Authority) certifications required to perform the role in Ireland and will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.Key Responsibilities:Greet and manage customer entry to ensure only eligible patrons enter the premises.Monitor customer behaviour to maintain a safe and friendly environment.Check identification and enforce age-restriction policies in accordance with licensing laws.Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, escalating to management or authorities as required.Perform regular security checks of the premises during shift hours.Ensure adherence to all health & safety and fire regulations.Provide general assistance to patrons and support front-of-house operations as needed.Requirements:Valid PSA Licence (Door Supervisor License) as issued by the Private Security Authority of Ireland.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A calm, confident, and professional approach.Ability to manage situations diplomatically and with discretion.Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €16.00-€20.00 per hourBenefits:Free or subsidised travelOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
