Talent Acquisition Specialist Our client a well known Med Tech company is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary 6 month contract based in East Galway.
A Day in the Life Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for Ireland Manufacturing and support elements of strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs to meet business needs Support and participate in Early Career recruitment initiatives and related activities Conduct phone screenings with prospective candidates to assess suitability before progressing to hiring managers Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and attractive offers to secure top talent Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide regular updates to hiring managers on open roles and active candidates Act as a team player with a growth mindset, sharing expertise with colleagues and learning from the wider team Build and maintain strong, professional, and trusted relationships with business partners Key Skills & Experience Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree (Level 8) in a relevant discipline Minimum of 1 years relevant recruitment experience; experience recruiting high-volume engineering or science roles is desirable Experience using Workday Recruit is an advantage Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence For more information, please email #Cpl Galway OS Skills: Workday Communication Coordinating
