This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Middle+ / Senior Product Manager – Internal Systems and Processes in Ireland. This role focuses on leading the strategy, design, and delivery of internal systems and business processes that support scalable growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into efficient, well-structured internal solutions. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will own initiatives from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and impact. This position is ideal for a product leader who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and building systems that help teams work smarter. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and long-term organizational performance.


Accountabilities:

* Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for internal systems that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
* Translate strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps aligned with technical and operational priorities.
* Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to release, adoption, and continuous optimization.
* Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery.
* Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and re-engineering.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver impactful internal tools and scalable process improvements.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a digital or tech-driven environment.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience improving internal tools and business processes.
* Strong understanding of modern product and project management practices.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver internal solutions end to end.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills, with a data-informed decision-making mindset.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with business process optimization, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
* Comfort working remotely across time zones with a high degree of ownership and independence.
* Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Bubble, or similar is a plus.
* Previous background as a Business Analyst is a plus.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
