 
        
        Senior Service Desk Engineer (L2 Engineer)
6‑month contract (potential extension).
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer (L2 Engineer) who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. The role is onsite at a key client in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
 * Provide high‑level technical support for Microsoft products, including Office 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and ServiceNow.
 * Handle Level‑2 support tickets and provide deskside, hands‑on assistance.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with end users.
Qualifications:
 * Proficiency in supporting Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
 * Experience as a support engineer who is comfortable working deskside and delivering exceptional customer service.
 * Strong communication skills.
 * Experience or willingness to train on ServiceNow (nice to have).
Salary: €30,000‑€40,000 per annum.
