Job Description
We are looking for an innovative Customer Service Executive with full fluency in Dutch, French, and English to support our customers with day‑to‑day issues such as password requests and complex issues such as supply chain malfunctions, along with other general activities.
As the voice of Workhuman, a positive customer experience will be your main key performance indicator. You will be expected to solve issues rather than just close cases and give every customer a Workhuman experience, either by phone or email.
This is not your typical call centre; we do not use an IVR and we do everything possible to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
You will have the opportunity to work in a very diverse environment with over 25 different nationalities and an environment that recognises and rewards high‑quality work and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Own, document, and resolve issues such as why customers contact us, how we have resolved their issues, and what we can do better next time.
* Deliver solutions by phone or email, focusing on proactive problem resolution.
* Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to enhance customer support efficiency.
* Maintain accurate customer records and comply with automated workflows using technology systems.
Qualifications
* Full fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
* Strong focus on customer experience and urgency in delivery.
* Respect for all team members and customers, building relationships and resolving disputes across geographies and cultures.
* Aspiring, hard‑working, determined, positive, and helpful personality with interest in career growth.
* Excellent customer relationship‑building skills.
* Proficient use of technology systems to update customer records and adhere to automated workflows.
