Lead Nursing Professional
The role of Lead Nursing Professional involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents at a healthcare facility. This position entails ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits, and implementing best practices in clinical and administrative procedures.
Main responsibilities include managing a team of nursing staff, maintaining efficient administrative processes, and overseeing financial management. The successful candidate must also ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff, develop and implement fire evacuation plans, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualified RGN background, at least 3 years' experience in caring for older adults, and post-registration management qualifications. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with decision-making abilities and adaptability.
