Finance Systems Supervisor We are currently hiring for a Finance Systems Supervisorfor our client based in North Dublin on a 11 month FTC The Finance Systems Supervisor will report to the Finance Systems and Transformation Manager and will liaise closely with staff across the organization.
You will play a key role in supervising the finance helpdesk and being point of contact for staff queries.
Key Responsibilities Supervise the Finance helpdesk, ensuring tickets are addressed in line with SLA response times.
Conduct compliance reviews of the financial systems user account base.
Develop ticket templates for new helpdesk requirements.
Reply to IT audit queries, including relating to user access privileges and financial transactions workflow.
Reply to tickets directly, as well as escalate tickets to application and technical assistance where required.
Ensure the helpdesk knowledge base is reviewed and updated on an on-going basis.
Ensure a customer service and customer centric approach is applied to helpdesk activities.
Provide operational KPI reports on the activities of the helpdesk and feedback into the Finance Transformation agenda.
Supervise the primary financial systems within the finance function, including the Agresso ERP system, FP&A, and RCP providing troubleshooting for issues, as well as escalating to internal and/or vendor support teams.
Work on projects to enhance processes, upgrade systems, and implement new functionality to enhance the end user experience.
Delivery of training to finance function staff and end users Assist with developing training materials.
The undertaking of such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements NFQ Level 7 degree and have a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a Finance Office, working with large financial information systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within one or more Agresso modules.
Proven track record in training and assisting end-users in the effective utilisation of Agresso ERP functionalities.
Strong knowledge of data integration and migration processes within the Agresso environment.
Experience in performing system upgrades and ensuring compatibility with existing business processes in Agresso ERP.
Familiarity with Agresso workflow management and optimisation for improved operational efficiency.
Knowledge of Agresso system administration.
The successful applicant will be well organised and be able to co-ordinate and progress the tasks associated with the post on their own initiative.
They will be flexible and possess an ability to work effectively aspart of the team, offering assistance to colleagues when required.
