Management Accountant – Dublin (Hybrid)
We're seeking a
Management Accountant
to join a growing Dublin-based financial advisory and outsourcing firm that partners with companies to deliver a full finance function support.
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality management accounts, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights for clients – always ensuring deadlines are met. You'll also lead a small client delivery team, collaborate with both colleagues and clients, and present financial performance in a way that's clear and engaging for non-financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
* Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
* Tax compliance (Corporation Tax & VAT)
* Supporting external audits
* Leading and supporting a small client delivery team
About You:
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or ACA)
* Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
* Strong management accounting skills and client-facing experience
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sage, Xero, or AccountsIQ is an advantage
* Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
* Strong communicator who enjoys both independent and collaborative work

Location & Hybrid Working:
The office is based in Dublin 2 (Lower Baggot Street). After a settling-in period, you'll work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
