Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our sites' facilities systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain site facilities systems in compliance with relevant auditing and safety standards.
* Oversee the timely completion of system work orders and resolve issues as required.
* Assist with continuous and reliable supply of facilities systems across the site.
* Plan and schedule system repair and maintenance activities.
* Support audits on the facility and associate Compliance/Safety programmes.
* Point of contact for facility-related queries.
* Manage all facilities contracts and contractors.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years engineering experience in a facilities environment.
* Experience of sterile/biotech facilities within a pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong safety mindset and awareness of inherent system hazards.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers.
* Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and value.
* In-depth understanding of facilities programmes, Helpdesk environment, and supporting service/supplier contracts.
* Knowledge of safety standards, hazards, and appropriate precautions applicable to maintenance work.
* Understanding of computerised maintenance management systems.
