Senior HR Manager
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our client, a large healthcare organization in Dublin 24. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
The Role:
Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in various departments, providing expert guidance on human resource-related issues.
People Management: Lead and motivate a well-developed HR team, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Talent Management: Develop workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, performance management, and succession planning to meet healthcare delivery needs.
Employee Relations and Industrial Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring resolution, legal compliance, and a positive work environment.
Organizational Development: Collaborate with the Unions to design and implement organizational changes, cultural initiatives, and leadership development programs that align with healthcare standards and goals.
Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to healthcare labor laws, Joint Commission requirements, HIPAA regulations, and internal HR policies.
Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions on turnover, engagement, staffing levels, and compensation.
Training & Development: Support leadership and employee training initiatives focused on healthcare competencies, diversity, patient care excellence, and regulatory requirements.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive practices that reflect the values of the healthcare community and meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
The Candidate:
* Third level HR Degree
* CIPD qualified
* Strong HR management, people management, IR/ER essential
* Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare regulations
* Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and employee relations/industrial relations
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
