Location: Corby Rock Mill, MonaghanHours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.00pmCorby Rock Mill is seeking a HSEQ Systems Compliance Officer to support our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems. The role involves auditing, inspections, document control, compliance reporting and supporting continuous improvement across the mill. You'll work closely with production, engineering, logistics and office teams to help maintain a safe and compliant operation.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the HSEQ Management Systems.Ensure policies, procedures, SOPs and forms are accurate, up to date and properly controlled.Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.Support incident and accident investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Maintain statutory registers, documents and records.Assisting promoting a positive safety culture across the company.Support delivery of HSEQ training programmes, inductions and refresher training.Maintain training records and ensure training compliance.About YouEssential:Qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management or related field.Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 / BS 8555, ISO 45001 systems.Internal auditor training and experience.Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills.Good knowledge of Irish H&S legislation.Desirable:Comfortable in both operational and office environments.Strong communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.Able to work independently and manage priorities.Proactive, reliable and team-focused.Strong IT skills.Training & DevelopmentFull on-the-job training provided, with opportunities for further development.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionEmployee assistance programWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
