We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic Insurance team in Dundalk, Ireland.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales forecasts to ensure team targets are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the customer journey Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales team members Manage key client relationships and participate in high-level sales negotiations when required Create and present regular performance reports to senior management Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices in sales operations Utilise CRM tools effectively to track sales activities, monitor performance, and generate insights Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications Proven experience in a sales management role within insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use MI to drive decisions.
APA qualification as a minimum (CIP preferred or working towards this).
