About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong foundation in software development to join our team on a cutting-edge project. This role is perfect for someone who has transitioned from development into business or technical analysis and thrives in an agile environment. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of complex solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
3. Use JIRA to manage backlogs, sprints, and workflows effectively.
4. Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and validate data.
5. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
6. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.
7. Identify and resolve technical and business challenges proactively.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
2. Background in software development (coding experience preferred).
3. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with JIRA.
4. Confident in SQL coding for data analysis and validation.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
