We are seeking a seasoned Conveyancing Solicitor to lead our property transaction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and in-depth knowledge of property law.
About the Role:
* This is a permanent, full-time position with the option of hybrid working in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.
2. Conduct thorough property title searches, identify potential issues and resolve them, and prepare accurate title deeds.
3. Provide expert guidance on property law matters, ensuring clients receive clear and professional advice throughout the legal process.
4. Draft, review and finalise contracts, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and industry best practices.
5. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, financial institutions and other solicitors to facilitate seamless transactions.
6. Manage multiple deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
Requirements:
* A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in conveyancing.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of property law.
