We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team in Galway.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule interviews, manage correspondence, and gather feedback from hiring teams.
Post job adverts across multiple platforms and monitor applicant responses.
Assist with screening CVs and preparing shortlists for review.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents for new hires.
Conduct reference checks and verify required employment documentation.
Support onboarding by coordinating IT, equipment, and induction arrangements.
Track recruitment activity, time-to-fill, and candidate experience metrics.
Liaise with HR, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
Manage purchase orders for agency hires and track referral bonuses.
Create and share recruitment content for social media and company platforms.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events as a company representative.
Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
HR or business-related qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Knowledge of Irish/UK employment law advantageous.
Full clean driver's licence and own transport preferred.
