About the Role
A seasoned Human Resources professional is required to provide strategic support to our client's business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations, with expertise in talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on all operational functions of HR activities, including talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, and payroll coordination.
* Provide HR partnership to department managers, focusing on work environment, employee relations, employee retention, and business processes.
* Execute the business unit HR strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a HRBP role, in a busy customer-centric environment.
* Degree in a HRM or Business Management related discipline (Master's qualification preferred).
* CIPD accreditation desirable.
* Strong employee engagement, wellbeing, and project management experience, preferably having worked on delivery of key HR Projects.
* Prior experience with Talent Management / Development a key advantage.
* Strong employee relations experience, working on grievance/disciplinary cases in an investigatory capacity or advisory capacity.
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law (Employment law qualification desirable).
* Must be able to drive/have own car – attendance to offices required.
