Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary Solicitors - Dublin 2 Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy practice.
Key Responsibilities Prepare conveyancing documents (Contracts for Sale, Requisitions, closing docs, undertakings).
Manage files from instruction to completion.
Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors.
Handle title documents, searches and closing packs.
Audio typing, dictation, correspondence and diary management.
Billing support and general administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and file-management standards.
Requirements 1+ years' conveyancing legal secretary experience in an Irish law firm.
Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
Excellent typing, drafting and organisational skills.
Professional communication and strong client-service approach.
Ability to manage a busy workload independently.
