Job Title: Career Opportunities Specialist
A leading healthcare talent solutions provider seeks an experienced professional to join their team in Ennis, with flexible working options available from home.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, ambitious and results-driven, with experience in fast-paced environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* To identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts.
* To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
* To achieve sales targets, objectives, and weekly KPIs as set by the division manager.
* To stay up-to-date with products, services, and industry trends.
* To collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes.
* To manage and update candidate and client records meticulously within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
* To provide timely and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
* To coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand daily and weekly shift demands and efficiently allocate candidates to appropriate shifts based on availability, qualifications, and client needs.
* To monitor and report on shift fill rates, candidate attendance, and client satisfaction metrics to management for continuous service improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales role or clerical/administrative experience will also be considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills are necessary.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
* Self-motivation, results-orientation, and a driven approach are key.
* Able to travel nationwide as required (mileage reimbursement) and have access to own transport and a full driver's license.
