Customer Support Specialist - Order Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end order process and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Main Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Accurately and promptly process customer orders upon receipt.
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting according to business requirements.
* Provide basic product information to customers.
* Resolve queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices.
* Process returns and ensure smooth resolution of issues.
Customer Experience and Loyalty:
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
* Demonstrate genuine care, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
* Support a positive and cooperative team environment.
Candidate Profile:
* Essential Requirements:
o Native or near-native fluency in Italian and advanced English (C1/C2).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
o Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service.
* Desirable Skills:
o Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement mindset.
o Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
o Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate toward business goals.

o SAP knowledge is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
Working Conditions:
* Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin 22 (Hybrid: 3 days in office).
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, Regular Office Hours (37.5 hours/week).
* Contract: 6 month or 12 months with the chance of extension.
