Job Title: Project Construction Manager
This role is pivotal to the success of a commercial construction project. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations, coordinating subcontractors and managing compliance with Irish construction regulations.
About This Role
* Your primary objective is to ensure that all construction works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications and method statements;
* You will lead daily briefings and weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors;
* Safety standards must always be maintained;

The Ideal Candidate
A successful candidate should have 5+ years experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects. A relevant trade background or third-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline would also be beneficial.
