Role Overview:
The Compass Group is recruiting an experienced Relief Chef Manager to support its operations across the Dublin region.
This role is ideal for a food-led professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of food quality and customer service, and who can confidently step in to lead catering operations across multiple sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain consistent culinary and service standards
* Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure delivery of impeccable food and customer service
* Oversee efficiency of all in-unit catering operations
* Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
* Represent Compass Group and maintain positive brand image
* Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts
* Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams
* Support and train teams
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards
Requirements:
* Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* Minimum two years similar experience
* Experience managing teams in a similar role
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
