The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our small yet efficient and committed team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with business customers in person, by phone and e-mail.
We offer:
* Salary: Basic salary of €32,000 - €36,000
* Commission: Competitive commission structure.
* annual Loyalty Bonus: €2,500
* Company Vehicle or Business Mileage: Paid in line with Revenue Commissioners approved rates
* Business Expenses: Receipted Business Expenses
* Hours: Monday – Friday (No Weekends or bank holidays)
* Devices: Company phone and tablet/laptop
* Annual Leave: 20 days paid per year, plus Good Friday
* Training: Initial training and on-going coaching provided
* Performance review: Annual performance review process linked to pay reviews
About You:
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the interiors/design sector
* Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and develop trust with customers
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own customer database
* Full driving licence, and willingness to travel within your territory and from time to time to other areas to cover for other sales team members
* Strong IT skills – Microsoft suite of applications
* Fluent English
Key Responsibilities:
* Build from an existing customer list to generate sales of existing and new product ranges
* Regularly engage with existing customers to ensure that all their requirements are being met and to generate new business opportunities through appointments, phone calls, e-mails and referrals
* Meet with customers at our showroom or their places of business to show new and existing product ranges
* Reconnecting with lapsed accounts and reigniting old relationships
* Provide weekly activity report for the previous week, and a plan for the following week
* Work closely with the existing team to ensure that customer service is to the fore of the business
