I am hiring a Hospitality and Partner Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services across a busy residential campus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team & Contractor Management: Lead a mix of in-house and contracted service teams including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security.
2. Project Coordination: Oversee small to medium on-site refurbishment or maintenance projects and ensure minimal disruption to residents.
3. Facilities Oversight: Manage daily facility operations including kitchen services, communal areas, linen/stock, waste, pest control, and access control.
4. Event & Guest Services: Support the setup and service delivery for summer schools and guest groups, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
5. Health & Safety: Ensure best practices in safety, carry out audits, and coordinate emergency responses.
6. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, use internal systems for scheduling and procurement, and prepare reports/forecasts.
Requirements:
7. Experience in a university or student residential setting
8. 5+ years' experience in facilities, hospitality, or residential management (ideally within a complex or large-scale setting).
9. A third-level qualification in Facilities or Hospitality Management.
10. Strong experience managing service delivery teams and working with external contractors.
11. Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
12. IT proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and internal systems.
