You will lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT systems.
Be Part of Our Success
* Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of at least 4 members, including Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
* Manage and track IT assets
* Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs
* Coordinate maintenance schedules, change requests, service requests, and repairs
* Ensure daily operations comply with security and safety standards
* Monitor and uphold Service Level Agreements
* Manage budgets and control costs
* Collaborate with external service providers and contractors; negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
* Develop and deliver maintenance documentation, incident reports, and related records for operational and compliance purposes
* Serve as the primary contact for customers and manage their expectations
Qualities We Value
* 3 to 4 years of relevant experience with strong maintenance practices knowledge
* Familiarity with ITIL framework
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Excellent team player with leadership and management skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
