Position: Back Office Administrator - Cabinteely
Location: Cabinteely (On-site)
Salary: €29,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 16:30, with flexible start times within 06:30 to 08:30.
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
* Adhere strictly to compliance, operational procedures, and control standards
* Perform administrative and general office tasks
* Conduct quality checks on outsourced activities and critical processes
* Liaise with various stakeholders
Requirements:
* Entry level or minimal work experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) and data manipulation
* Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality outcomes
* Motivated, eager to learn
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Commutable distance to BOI Cabinteely office
