We are seeking an experienced and motivated
IT Manager
to lead and manage our IT operations, infrastructure, and support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while supporting business objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day IT operations, including networks, systems, hardware, and software
* Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support team
* Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and services
* Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with relevant regulations
* Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement
* Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and escalations
* Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals
* Manage IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an
IT Manager
or
senior IT role
* Strong knowledge of:
* Networks (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
* Microsoft 365 / Active Directory / Azure (or equivalent)
* Cybersecurity best practices
* Experience managing IT teams and external vendors
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
