We are seeking a highly skilled Colour Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving Colour sales through training and increasing team skill levels and selling confidence.
As a Colour Specialist, you will be an integral part of our business, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer advice and product knowledge. Your expertise in colour trends and techniques will inspire the team in Colour category and contribute to Space NK becoming a Colour destination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in makeup artistry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. If you are confident, engaging, and able to evaluate skill level, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Train the team to company standard
- Ensure the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed with all new starters
- Schedule Colour training around business needs, logging each training session and attendees
- Observe and support the team on the spot with customers
- Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
- Exceed sales targets and deliver LFL growth along with ATV, AUS, and conversion
