Project Cost Manager - Public Sector

The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in quantity surveying. They will be self-driven with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues. They will also have demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, applying both logical reasoning and creative problem-solving. Strong teamwork skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration are essential, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong report writing abilities are also required. A proven track record of being results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
