Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
* Handle rostering, training, and performance management for staff members
* Ensure store presentation standards are met through regular cleaning and maintenance
* Monitor store performance and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing costs efficiently. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
