Key responsibilities:
* Help ensure the safe and effective management of the site and its team.
* Actively participate in all areas of daily operations as required, ensuring company standards are met at all times.
* Help create an environment that is team-focused, encouraging a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.
* Assist with company reporting as required.
* Maintain extensive knowledge of all products, business lines and promotions.
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum of three years’ operations experience in the leisure / hospitality / F&B sector with events exposure.
* Proven leader who can inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Flexible work schedule with availability for weekend shifts
* Positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude
* Tech savvy
* The ability to create a sense of fun!
