ResponsibilitiesExperienced at managing complex functional areas/business units with multiple service linesProvide analysis, interpretation and advice on large scale strategy decisions to the business presidentContribute to the financial & business strategy in both global and regional environmentsTake central role in coordinating, compiling and delivering key reports such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Budgets to the CEO and CFOManaging departmental teams around execution of functional activities and process improvementsDemonstrate exemplary people managementBuild strong working relationships with operational business partners.Actively influence day-to-day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the businessBe the interface or 'translator' between finance and operationsCommercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and managementRequirementsQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
