The position requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and reliability, with a strong focus on documentation, system data management, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage assigned processes, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to defined proceduresCreate, revise, and maintain documentation, reports, and structured recordsPerform data entry, updates, and validation within Quality IT systemsSupport data mining and basic analysis to provide operational insightsGenerate and edit reports using Microsoft Office toolsProvide administrative and system support to project teams, including digital and transformation initiativesOperate in line with internal EHS, conduct, and workplace standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in an administrative, systems, or process-driven roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsProven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityExperience working in structured, regulated, or compliance-focused environmentsPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience using enterprise IT or ERP systems (for example, SAP)Exposure to Quality Management Systems or laboratory systems (for example, LIMS)
