Key Position: Assistant Branch Manager
This is a high-profile opportunity to work in a supervisory or management role within the builders providers, construction supply, or relevant sector. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, stock control, opening and closing and logistics.
* You will lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high operational standards.
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and accurate stock management.
You are expected to:
* Deputise for the Branch Manager as required, ensuring smooth running of the branch in their absence.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the builders providers, construction supply, or relevant sector.
* A track record of leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Strong product knowledge of building materials and related trades.
This role offers a permanent/ full-time position, working 5 days a week over Monday-Saturday, with hours from 7:45-5:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.
