Lead Nursing Director Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing leader to join our team as a Lead Nursing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our nursing services and ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered across all care portals in our hospital.
Job Description:
* The successful candidate will lead and consolidate nursing services in the hospital, embedding a newly established stable nursing structure following a period of rapid expansion.
* You will drive the recruitment, retention, and development of an enlarged nursing workforce, shaping and optimizing the nursing service in the hospital.
* You will work closely with the Hospital Management Team (HMT) and Clinical Director in developing a nursing workforce planning strategy and implementing skill mix that ensures effective deployment of professional and support staff within our organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal leadership skills with experience managing large teams. You should also have strong computer literacy skills with extensive experience using computer systems applications. Additionally ideal candidates would hold qualifications such as NMBI Registration A 3rd level qualification in Nursing Healthcare Management Master's degree Leadership Business Administration or related field preferred.
