**Job Title:** Child Development Specialist
This role involves delivering weekly play therapy interventions to children aged 4-12 years. You will work closely with families, document assessments and interventions in line with professional guidelines, carry out play therapy with an assigned caseload of children impacted by familial substance misuse, liaise with local agencies and develop group interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement individualized play therapy plans for each child;
* Work directly with families to provide support and guidance on how best to help their children;
* Analyze data from assessments to inform intervention strategies;
About You:
Mandatory Requirements: - A degree (Level 8) in social care or a related field;
- Postgraduate qualification in Play Therapy/Child Psychotherapy (Level 9);
- Full accreditation with a recognized counseling association;
- Two years postqualifying experience working therapeutically with children, -----------------------------------
