Key Responsibilities: Oversee construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate all design works and interface with third-party stakeholders. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and act as an ambassador for the project. Chair project handovers from estimating to construction teams. Liaise with Project Director and Operations Director to staff projects appropriately. Ensure audits and quality control procedures are followed. Hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors to discuss safety and training. Requirements / Experience: Trade qualification through apprenticeship or engineering degree. Experience managing projects from scope to delivery. Proven ability to manage, coordinate, and develop staff. Relevant H&S qualifications (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely). Experience with High Voltage (HV) projects. Awareness of BIM technologies and engineering best practices. Experience supporting a continuous improvement culture within project teams.
