Personal Lines Insurance

Location: Sandyford (Onsite, Full-Time)

Sector: Insurance / Personal Lines

Are you a proven team leader ready to drive results and lead change in a fast-paced insurance environment? We're seeking a Team Leader - Client Services to lead and grow a Personal Lines team in our Sandyford office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of personal lines, and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service.

You'll play a key role in motivating, developing, and managing a dynamic team to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and high performance in a rapidly evolving, digitally-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a high-performing team across all areas of Personal Lines client service
* Conduct monthly 1:1s, set development plans, and identify individual training needs
* Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with a strong focus on service delivery
* Drive high standards in service, compliance, and accuracy

Operational Oversight

* Manage capacity planning, workload distribution, and team scheduling
* Monitor monthly performance and reporting; submit timely updates to management
* Ensure full adherence to phone rotas and team availability targets
* Work closely with other team leaders to maintain operational efficiency across departments

Compliance & Quality Control

* Maintain compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal standards
* Work with QA teams to implement and maintain SOPs
* Meet all audit and reporting obligations

Digital & Process Innovation

* Champion a digital-first approach to client services and workflow
* Identify smarter ways of working and contribute to reducing operational carbon footprint
* Embrace and support the roll-out of a new digital platform across the business

Key Requirements

* CIP qualification preferred (minimum APA required)
* Minimum 2 years' experience with Relay system
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in insurance (Personal Lines highly preferred)
* Strong knowledge of personal lines products and technical insurance processes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
* High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
* Full compliance with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code
