Due to ongoing contracts, there is a requirement for the addition of a suitably qualified construction professional to the existing team. Role involves; Completion of tenders for public works Programming of works Liaison with customers and clients. LiaisingwithGeneralManager,HealthandSafetyManager,QuarryandTransportPersonal,andSite Agent. Management of subcontractors. Completion of project close out reports. General day to day management of contracting division. Minimum Requirements Level 8 Construction/Civil Engineering degree. Experienced in the management of roadworks and in particular surfacing works, Knowledge of roadworks specifications. Knowledge of Public Procurement and Public works Contracts Self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Full driving licence. Benefits Excellent working environment.
