Job Description
Elevate the precision of biopharmaceutical process and utilities systems as a senior instrumentation engineer.
* Assess new instrumentation for functional equivalence to existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
* Develop and maintain configuration specifications and standards for cGMP manufacturing instrumentation, driving consistency and compliance.
* Lead technical expertise for the site calibration program, providing guidance to the calibrations operations team and supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
* Evaluate new instrumentation for functional equivalence to obsolete systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Implement corrective and preventative actions for existing instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Working knowledge of process automation control systems, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support regulatory inspections.
