Home Health Care Physician Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Care Physician to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Home Health Care Physician, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic conditions
* Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Conducting regular home visits to assess patients' health status and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for each patient
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
* Current licensure to practice medicine in Ireland
* Board certification in internal medicine or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience working in a primary care or hospital setting
