Customer Service Representative - Part-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our busy office environment. They will be able to provide high-quality administrative support while maintaining a professional approach at all times. The successful applicant will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing a switchboard and directing calls appropriately. This includes providing information on services offered by our practice, handling client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. In addition to this key front-of-house role, you will also be required to provide administrative support to Partners, supporting them with dictation and document preparation. You will ensure that office supplies are managed efficiently and that stationery orders are fulfilled promptly. You will play an integral part in ensuring clients receive a welcoming experience throughout their interaction with us.
