We are looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Dublin office as a
Graduate Technical Project Manager
. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in managing cross-functional software projects for a range of high-profile clients. The Technical Project Manager will support the execution of multiple client projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about working in technology and project management. You will gain hands-on experience managing software projects, interacting with clients, and learning from experienced project managers.
This role involves:
* Assisting in gathering and documenting customer requirements
* Providing support in evaluating feasibility and risks of projects
* Tracking project scope, status, resources, and budgets for multiple concurrent software projects
* Communicating project updates to management and clients
* Supporting the development of risk mitigation plans and managing changes throughout the project life cycle
* Assisting in preparing RFPs and project proposals
* Collaborating with sales and business development teams to support client relationships
* Learning and applying project management best practices and methodologies
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in technology and project management.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Basic understanding of project management principles; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
