The focus in this kitchen is very much on the dining room although there is also a small function business too, so you will need some experience of catering for small functions and banquets too.
In terms of the salary there is a reasonably wide spread between the lowest and highest salary quoted. This is because the Head Chef wants the flexibility to consider promising Chef De Parties who are ready to make the step up to Sous Chef as well asChefs who've already gained experience at the level of Sous Chef.
