Materials & Procurement Planner – Westmeath | Hybrid | PermanentWhat you need to knowOur client,Oxymem, part of theDuPont Group, is seeking aMaterials & Procurement Plannerto join their innovative cleantech team inCounty Westmeath.This permanent, Monday–Friday role (8:30am–5pm) will play a key part in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective flow of materials, equipment, and components across the supply chain.Oxymem develops advanced, membrane-based solutions to make wastewater treatment more sustainable and energy-efficient, delivering real-world environmental impact globally.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and MRO itemsTrack supplier deliveries and resolve potential shortagesCoordinate inbound/outbound logistics to meet production and project schedulesMonitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and oversee cycle countsMaintain accurate ERP and supplier data while optimizing warehouse operationsRequirements:Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field3–5 years' experience in materials planning, procurement, inventory management, or logisticsHands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systemsProficient in MS Office and strong data literacyExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salary24 days annual leaveCompany pension (5%)Performance bonusDisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
