You will provision and manage user accounts, including profiles, permission sets, and licenses. Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, set up sandboxes, and support deployments. Develop and enhance reports and dashboards to meet dynamic business reporting needs. Implement important configuration changes across layouts, custom fields, objects, and app setups. Assist the development team with configuration-based enhancements such as flows and validation rules, and support DevOps CI/CD processes. Manage data migrations, clean-up, and data quality improvements using tools like Workbench and Data Loader.What Skills You Need Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Salesforce Administrator role. Experience managing user provisioning, license allocation, permission sets, and profiles. Hands-on experience with sandbox configuration and environment setup. Proven ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards. Solid experience with core Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, and app settings).Advantageous Experience in the energy or utilities sector. Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin). Hands-on with SOQL, Workbench, Data Loader.
