Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the management and delivery of transportation schemes throughout Ireland.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, preferably from a design consultancy background, with demonstrated expertise in all phases of planning, design, and construction.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
* Proven ability to lead, manage, and work within a budget and schedule, controlling costs and managing change processes
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
You will join our busy Transportation team based in our Dublin office. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with industry-leading clients and stakeholders, overseeing delivery, client management, financial management, technical route optioneering and appraisal, statutory approval documentation including CPO, contract documentation, and managing construction activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Chartered status or close to achieving Chartership
* Technical experience in developing transportation and linear infrastructure projects through all lifecycle stages: Optioneering and Appraisal, Preliminary Design, Planning, Detailed Design, Procurement, and Construction Stage Administration using Public Works Contracts and/or NEC
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, delivery partners, and team members to ensure successful outcomes
* Willingness to develop and maintain client relationships
* Confidence to challenge the status quo and think innovatively
