Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Manager
Contract type: Permanent
A snapshot of your peer group:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent
5+ years' experience working in BD/Sales Enablement
Ability to influence change and behaviours at senior level
Proficient with CRM
Commercially astute, ability to analyse pipeline data, spot trends and present insightful sales and performance dashboards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Strong project management and organisational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex content into clear and compelling messages

Here is what you can initially expect:
Drive progress, project managing various work streams including: UX/Product enhancements, comms, onboarding, training, and stakeholder management
Build relationships with Senior Stakeholders across the business to ensure value and growth is delivered through pipeline management
Provide advice and constructive challenge to Senior Stakeholders regarding best practise pipeline management
Continuous analysis of pipeline to identify areas of improvement and approaches to enhance effectiveness, that ultimately improve conversion rates
Draft impactful comms and produce video content to aid adoption
Work with Learning & Development to build effective training resources
Your team:
We are seeking a dynamic, commercial and results-oriented BD and Pipeline Manager to drive best practise and business growth.
You will be reporting to the head of Business Development, joining a team of 8 Sales Enablement and BD professionals, who sit within a large Markets team.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pipeline Management and CRM, and have a track record in delivering growth initiatives, ideally in a Professional Services or B2B environment.
Key components of the role include the onboarding of Business Units and ensuring they get value from the system.
Building relationships with senior stakeholders to support Sector and Account Leads in delivering growth.
