In the dynamic environment of a leading contractor, we have an exciting opening for a Civil Commercial Manager to oversee and manage all commercial aspects of various projects across Dublin. This pivotal role requires expertise in implementing strategic plans, overseeing teams, supervising cost plan preparation using advanced techniques and software, developing cash forecasts, and negotiating contracts.



The ideal candidate will be a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 15 years of experience working for main contractors on large-scale civil projects. They should possess excellent communication skills and have strong analytical abilities to interpret data accurately.


The key responsibilities include:
1. Developing strategies to enhance commercial performance.
2. Managing the delivery of assigned tasks by providing guidance and support to team members through training sessions.
3. Sourcing accurate information from relevant sources including clients' specifications documents if any as well monitor development objectives its numbers versus target outcomes also reconciling differences found within said reporting before attaching record date field value upon final submission once completed!
